Sean Hearn
Owner, Condo Manager
As an experienced investor, Sean knows Board members are busy people. His persistence and inclination to think outside the box bring management solutions that save clients time, money and sanity. And that’s a win for everyone.
Stepping up as owner of Fort Management in 2023 was the natural progression of this entrepreneur’s story. Decades of business leadership (specializing in finance and logistics) combined with personal pursuits as a real estate investor, renovations manager and landlord have equipped Sean with broad skills perfectly suited for the property management industry.
“Skills and knowledge are critical to getting the job done, but how we treat people along the way is just as important,” Sean says. The echoes of life lessons from his parents and grandparents still ring in his ears: be honest, follow through on your word, show kindness, and use common sense.
You could say that hard work and generous humanity are in his DNA. And those values are the legacy he and his ultra-supportive wife, Tammy, lean into at home and throughout the community.
