The purchase and review of Condo Documents is often a condition of sale when selling/purchasing a condominium in Alberta. This provides the purchasing side of the transaction with the opportunity to review relevant information pertaining to the common property and financial well being of the corporation.

The form below may be used to submit a request for purchase of Condominium Documents. Please be sure to complete all required information. Your request will be submitted and a member of our staff will review and contact you to confirm the details of your request.

Terms of Purchase

Please note: By completing the preceding form and entering your digital signature, you agree to the purchase of the documents requested. No documents will be processed until payment or confirmation of payment is received.

If you are an owner – should you submit a request for condominium documents and fail to follow up with payment, the full purchase price will be applied to your condominium account. This amount may be subject to interest fees should you fail to provide payment in a timely manner.

If you are a Realtor – Please be sure to follow up your request with confirmation of payment or payment in full. Should you fail to provide payment in a timely manner, you will be invoiced for the full purchase price of the documents requested and may be subject to interest fees.
