My name is Sean Hearn, and I am the owner and broker of Fort Management Ltd.

I work directly with the Boards and communities we manage, with a focus on transparency, financial oversight, and long-term stability. I believe condominium management should be structured, communicative, and accountable — with clear expectations and consistent follow-through.

As we transition Bear Ridge 1, I will be actively involved to ensure this process is organized and steady from day one.
