Sean Hearn
Owner, Condo Manager
Sean oversees operations at Fort Management with a focus on personal care and attention to detail. With decades of experience in business leadership, finance, and logistics, along with his background as a real estate investor and landlord, he’s perfectly suited for the condo management industry. Born in Newfoundland but a long-time Fort McMurray local, Sean believes in treating people right and working hard, values passed down from his family. Outside of work, he supports the Northern Lights Health Foundation and enjoys life with his wife, Tammy, their two kids, and their two dogs. Ask him about his first business venture—an arcade he opened at 17!

When you call our office or walk through the front door, Rachelle is likely the first person you’ll meet. She excels at keeping things organized and ensuring the Hearn Group runs efficiently. Known for her ability to juggle a variety of tasks, Rachelle enjoys the ever-changing nature of her role. Outside of work, she loves spending quality time with her daughter and cherishes their moments together.

Assistant Condo Manager
Tara knows how to juggle the day-to-day tasks while keeping an eye on the bigger picture. With her management background, she handles complex issues with ease. She loves the variety in her role and enjoys learning something new every day to better serve her clients. When she’s not working, Tara spends time with her grandkids and loves relaxing on fishing trips. In the fall, you’ll often find her enjoying the beautiful colors around Fort McMurray.
Cheryl Hocker
Strategic Planning and Projects Specialist
Cheryl brings over 30 years of experience from working in the oilsands, making her a powerhouse in strategic planning. She’s great at managing big projects but also enjoys connecting personally with owners, staff, and contractors. Cheryl loves helping people and making sure everything runs smoothly. In her free time, she enjoys the local festivals and outdoor activities—from boating on the Clearwater River in the summer to snowmobiling in the winter, there's always something fun to do in Fort McMurray.

Maintenance Coordinator
With 5 years in property management, Debbie is an expert at keeping everything running smoothly. She’s known for quickly solving problems and making sure the properties are always well-maintained. She enjoys being part of the supportive team at Fort Management, which helps her do her job well. Outside of work, Debbie loves making homemade quilts and spending peaceful fishing trips with her husband.

Nikita has a solid background in business administration and accounting, making her a pro at managing condo finances. She’s detail-oriented and ensures every transaction is spot on. Nikita loves the challenge of finding efficient financial solutions for condo boards. When she’s not crunching numbers, she enjoys playing guitar, reading, and trying out new recipes in the kitchen.
