Are you a proactive problem solver with a talent for maintenance work? We’re looking for a versatile Maintenance Worker to play a crucial role in ensuring our properties are well-
maintained and functional.

If you excel at identifying issues, troubleshooting problems, and performing a variety of repairs using power and hand tools, we want to hear from you!


  • Inspect equipment, structures, or items requiring repair and report findings.
  • Troubleshoot issues to determine necessary repairs and solutions.
  • Obtain contractor quotes for repairs or projects and present them to management
    for approval.
  • Perform general repairs, including drywall, painting, door fixtures, and other building
    components, utilizing power and hand tools.
  • Execute basic plumbing repairs.
  • Conduct routine checks and maintenance on building systems to ensure optimal
  • Uphold safety and organization standards by cleaning and maintaining facilities.
  • Order necessary supplies and materials for repairs and maintenance tasks.
  • Complete tasks efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Provide general labor assistance and support team members as needed.
  • Fulfill other related duties as assigned to support the maintenance team.


  • Proven experience in maintenance or a similar role, demonstrating attention to detail and quality work.
  • Proficiency in painting and other repair tasks, achieving professional results.
  • Comfort working at heights and adherence to safety regulations.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
  • Comprehensive understanding of building systems and maintenance processes.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently.
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Physical stamina for manual labor tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Competence in using power and hand tools.
  • Capability to work prolonged periods standing and walking.
  • Physical ability to climb ladders, bend, or crawl into awkward spaces as needed.
  • Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems.
  • Flexibility for on-call responsibilities during evenings and weekends.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers and clients.
